Overview

This Web Flow template has pre-configured components that help app builders when they create a Contact Form. They can choose between a static form presenting the user with the company’s contact details and a dynamic form that will feed from the information in the Example Data Web Page.

This Web Flow can be further tailored for a customized experience from Activity Builder.

Contact Us (Static & Dynamic) Web Flow template components

This Web Flow contains three Web Pages with the following components:

Example Data

This page exists to fill the Dynamic Contact Us Form Web page listed below.

• A Label control displaying the title.
• Label controls that tell users which information goes in the following fields.

  • Example Data

  • Logo URL

  • Phone Number

  • Email

  • Website

• A Dropdown List control for an example to be picked.
• Two Text Input controls for the logo URL and the website.
• A Phone Input control for the phone number.

• An Email Input control for the email address.

• A Button with a Navigate To Web Page action that allows the user to continue to the Dynamic Contact Us Form Web Page.

Dynamic Contact Us Form

The information on this Web Page results from the inputs in the Example Data Web Page:

• Label controls providing information to the user.
• A Container control displaying the following information introduced on the previous Web Page:

  • An Image control corresponding to the logo.

  • An Image control and a Hyperlink control for the phone number.

  • An Image control and a Hyperlink control for the email address.

  • An Image control and a Hyperlink for the website.

• A Container control with a Continue Button.
• A Continue Button that runs the Continue Digital Journey Event. .
